Terms of Service

By using The Living Protocol™ ("TLP", "the Service"), operated by VaultSpark Studios LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Living Protocol is a generational wellness operating system that provides AI-assisted training programming (MovementOS™), nutrition tracking (NutriCode™), biological profiling (BioCore™), a permanent health record (Legacy Vault™), and generational health inheritance tools.

TLP is not a medical device, medical service, or healthcare provider. Protocol Coach™ AI recommendations are for informational and motivational purposes only. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health regimen.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Users under 18 require parental consent for genome data features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

You retain ownership of all health data, vault entries, and content you create in TLP. By using the Service, you grant VaultSpark Studios LLC a limited license to process your data for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Legacy Vault permanence: By sealing a Legacy Vault entry, you acknowledge that it is permanent and cannot be modified or deleted. This is a deliberate design decision; sealed entries are part of your permanent health record.

You may not use TLP to:

• Provide false health information that could harm others who rely on inherited data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service at scale
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Circumvent authentication or access controls

The Living Protocol™, BioCore™, MovementOS™, NutriCode™, Legacy Vault™, Living Tree™, Roots™, Protocol Coach™, Protocol Rooms™, Trainer OS™, MindStack™, and The Forge™ are trademarks of VaultSpark Studios LLC. All rights reserved.

The Service's software, design, and all original content are proprietary to VaultSpark Studios LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

• Free tier features are provided at no charge and may be modified or discontinued with 30 days notice.
• Paid plans (Forged, Protocol Forever) are billed at the rate shown at purchase.
• Protocol Forever is a one-time payment for lifetime access, not a subscription.
• Founding cohort pricing is locked at the rate at time of purchase — it will not increase.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for paid subscriptions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VAULTSPARK STUDIOS LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY HEALTH OUTCOMES, DATA LOSS (EXCEPT LEGACY VAULT ENTRIES COVERED UNDER OUR PERMANENCE GUARANTEE), OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You may close your account at any time. Active protocol data is deleted within 30 days. Legacy Vault entries are handled per the Legacy Vault Permanence section of our Privacy Policy.

VaultSpark Studios LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with 30 days notice and data export opportunity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
