What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your Legacy Vault™ entries are permanent and are never deleted, regardless of plan. Your training and nutrition history is retained for 12 months after cancellation. You can export all data at any time.

Is there really a free tier?

Yes. The Seedling tier is genuinely free with no trial period. It has real limits on coaching turns and vault entries, but you can build a complete BioCore™ profile and start a real training program without a credit card.

What is "founding cohort pricing"?

The Protocol Forever plan is available to the first cohort of users only. When the cohort closes, lifetime plans will no longer be offered. Founding members also get direct input into the product roadmap.

Do Roots™ carry over between plans?

Yes. Your Roots™ earned on any plan are permanent and carry forward. Downgrading from Forged to Seedling does not remove your Roots or Living Tree progress.

How does the AI coaching work on the free tier?

The Seedling tier includes 10 Protocol Coach™ turns per month. Each turn is a full reasoning pass over your protocol history — it is not throttled or dumbed down, just limited in quantity.
